You can feel cheated and betrayed when your spouse starts cheating on you. This doesn’t mean that you should greet them with violence and learn how to survive life after them. This means that you should know how to emotionally move on after you know that you’ve been hurt in this manner. So it’s important to know how to survive a cheating spouse.

The first important thing you need to know is that you are not alone. The second and equally important idea to grasp is that this is not all about you! Infidelity in a marriage has as many causes as there are married people, though there are a great many common problems. Inevitably, it seems, the basic flaws are with attitude and communication.

To begin with ask yourself why did he do it or why is he doing this to you? May be something happened in the past or between the two of you and he reacted this way. They may be guilty of doing the undoable, but unless you get to the bottom of the problem, its no good.
