The Russian Ship Leaks Oil
TheLoudestVoice | March 12, 2009There have lately been some big incidents of army war ships colliding with each other. The submarines that were carrying nuclear missiles collided underground but only slightly scraped each others bumpers. Besides be a very close call the crash ended up causing millions of pounds worth of damage.
The next occurence happened just off of the Irish Republic and was with a Russian war ship, which in fact ended up dropping over 300 tons of oil into the sea. Although this vessel was not nuclear it could still have a devastating effect on the sea life.
So this only approaches us to ask the question of how can these sort of vessels that cost millions if not billions not only to create but to also to install navigation collide into each other? Why was this over looked before? Can you imagine what would have happened if these collided with each other head on and made a massive explosion? Not only would all the people on board fail to survive, but a nuclear explosion wouldcause utter devastation to the world.
This may sound abit silly, but its just not correct approach, these tanks are trusted to take nuclear bombs across the planet and occurences like this should not occur. You would presume that one of these vessels would have spotted one another and moved but it was like both of theie satelite navigations were not working. It just goes to show you the human eye cannot be beaten, even by the most advanced technologies in the world.
